- Quality handwoven rugs are a signature "Fresh From The Farm" product created at Northern Prairie Alpacas. We use our homegrown alpaca fiber spun over a cotton core expertly processed for us by artisan fiber mills. These sturdy rugs are created using traditional rug weaving techniques and have bound weave edges; each rug can be finished with twisted fringe or hand sewn edge.
