Service Description
We have a Belfast Mini Mill Picker and Carder, which has enabled us to develop a system that produces a quality and consistent product. This is our own ranch's best seller - we sell to many other ranches and businesses throughout the US.
We heavily skirt your fiber – we wash/rewash all incoming fiber to protect our machinery. We reserve the right to reject any fiber with infestation or excess vegetable matter.
Fiber should be a minimum of 2 inches in length, minimal guard hair results in better quality finished products. “BBA” (Belly, breech and Apron) are usually too “hairy” to make good dryer balls.
