LHSA breeds by the numbers. What exactly does that mean? We look earnestly at histogram and fiber biopsy results before pairing males & females. Of course there are other factors to consider such as conformation, lock structure, size, and overall health, but fiber quality should be a priority. Breeding a low density male to another low density female is most likely going to produce a low density animal (of course anomalies occur). We believe in working to improve fiber quality with each generation. We have several quality males available for breeding. Based on your female's information, we will recommend which male may provide the best result.Contact LHSA at 615-451-0522 to discuss any questions regarding our available males, pricing, and scheduling.
