We purchased Palousa at the AOBA 2009 sale to bring the strong color genetics in her pedigree to our farm,while maintaining the fineness we desire. She has been the foundation of just that for us!

She has has been part of our foundation herd ever since and has given us 3 beautiful true black boys. At 3 years of age her micron was at 18. she has a very nice handle and staple length as well as that "Snowmass" presence. Palousa just delivered a whopper of a boy! A TB sired by 4-Sight's Applause! We haven't been this excited about an animal since Applause was born!

Pelousa's sire Snowmass Nova's Inca has loads of fine bundles and her dam is packed with grey color lineage. If you are breeding for color Palousa is the full package! She also displays great conformation. great fiber coverage and has always passed on her beautiful full fleece head!

Pelousa comes with a breeding to any of our herdsires but we would definitely recommend a re-breed to 4-Sight's Applause!
