Best N Grace was an exceptional opportunity for us--we purchased him with 2 other partners because we recognized how rare and valuable a find he was. His sire, Snowmass Best Man, took First Place in Get of Sire at the Futurity, with Reserve Herdsire of the Year in 2010 and 2011. Best Man was the high selling and featured alpaca at the 2012 Snowmass auction and was purchased by an alpaca ranch in Switzerland! Offspring of this male with his extremely fine fleece and revolutionary long, SILKY, draping locks will be prized, indeed. And his dam brings fabulous genetics to the table--she's a daughter of the legendary Snowmass Messiah, with Snowmass Legacy and Snowmaster in her pedigree. Recognizing this, it all came to fruition for us--Best N Grace took Reserve Color Champion in the Commercial division of the International Alpaca Odyssey his first time in the ring! Judge Wade Gease had nothing but praise for his conformation, brightness, staple length, and handle. We look forward to his future show career.

BNG is a well-grown male with a strong, correct frame. He has a handsome face--not the "pug" nose we often see, but a healthy, proportionally correct muzzle. And he has a sweet personality and likes to eat pellets from my hand!
