Cafe Duro is adorable! This male has a perfect square conformation and really luscious true black fleece with a buttery handle. The judges praised his long staple length, soft handle, and brightness--awarding him a blue ribbon (1 of 9) in walking fleece at the Great Western Alpaca Show--and then he won the Reserve Championship!! At the Rocky Mountain Alpaca Show, judge Sharon Loner commented that he clearly had the softest handle and brightest fleece in his halter class.

Cafe Duro's sire is a grey male--half brother to Snowmass Enlightenment and a son of RR Kit Carson. So, he's got THAT going for him... His dam is from the line of most of our black huacayas, going back to Dundee's AJ Stormcat, whose progeny have beautiful conformations, perfect heads, and impressive first year growth.

Added to that, he has a calm, sweet personality.
