This phenomenal female who has champion written all over her ( we no longer show!) was sired by Pucara PureSuri Surf Warrior currently being leased in the midwest. His cria here have been wonderful. He is sired by our fawn stud Chakotah of CCR Suris ( a chance for production of color via his championship sire Durango a dark fawn!) and his dam is LCA Accoyo Aspenglow ( light fawn). We were staggered when years ago we watched Jack Armstrong of Latah Creek suris reject $110,000 at the gate of a class just before she won the Fawn championship. We now co-own her with Jack and Kelly now of PureSuri Breeding Company. Aaahh, we didn't pay that much! Aspenglow has been a tremendous producer for us and the reason for her success is being the daughter of the famous Pperuvian Inca and DDF Accoyo Amore ( Bruxo X Rita). Of course Chakotah a Kahuna grandson has won Futurity Herdsire of the Year awards and is a prolific producer of champion colored suris.

The dam's family tree you will be less familar with.That doesn't make it any less powerful. Pucara Carita is sired by our Australian Accoyo boy, Pperuvian Cadete, imported under advice from Don Julio Bareeda himself from the US back in 1997. Cadete progeny dominated the suri show ring back then , like Pucara Allegro, and they kept that domination going. We have some of our best success when Allegro meets Kahuna.

Its not just uniqueness of genetics that makes Brienne so desirable. We made these breeding decisions so we could bring the progeny back to our strong Kahuna lines for hybrid vigor. Brienne's phenotype is all suri Hollywood. Gorgeous Pucara head, beautiful straight frame, easy gait and the knock out fleece traits we have spent 27 years developing. Blazing luster. Fine micron. Little variation in micron across the blanket, rump and shoulder. Knock out locking. In fact her regrowth locking is sensational. She is also as dense as we have produced in a female suri.
