Congratulations to Berryman Farm on the purchase of Sheri!


Scheherezade (pronounced Sha hera zod) is the story of a legendary Persian Queen and storyteller, a story too involved to get into here, but it was also the name of the symphony I was planning to attend the day "Sheri" was born. So that's how she got her name! It is a very fitting name, since she was born to our Savannah who is the self appointed Queen of our herd. Born at 22 pounds, Sheri is a lovely girl, easy to handle, full of personality like her momma, and loves to have fun, especially in the snow! Sheri is ready to breed and should have excellent mothering abilities like her mom Savannah.
